Terms of Use

1. General provisions

NoteCards is a service for creating and organizing personal notes in cards. By using the service, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by sole proprietor Kravets Bogdan Gennadiyovich (Tax ID: 3557810431).

2. Account

Registration is required to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and all actions in your account. One user — one account.

3. Content

You retain all rights to the content you create. By publishing a card publicly, you give NoteCards the right to display it in the feed and via direct link. Publishing illegal content, spam or materials that violate third-party rights is prohibited.

4. Paid services and payment

Some service features are paid (AI credits). Payment is processed through WayForPay. Available payment methods: bank card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay.

After successful payment, AI credits are automatically credited to the account specified at checkout. Service is provided immediately after payment confirmation. No delivery — the service is digital.

The basic plan remains free. Paid features are not required to use the service.

5. Refund policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of payment if AI credits have not been used. To request a refund, contact notecards.app@gmail.com with the subject 'Refund' and include your account email and payment date.

If credits were partially or fully used — no refund is provided. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Prohibited actions

It is prohibited to use the service for sending spam, publishing malicious links, attempting to hack or bypass security systems, or any actions that violate Ukrainian law.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided 'as is'. We are not responsible for data loss or service disruptions. We recommend periodically exporting your cards using the built-in export feature.

8. Changes to terms

We may update the terms of use. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the new terms.
